The Segment Marketing Manager, Consumer Prepaid Customer Marketing Team is responsible for developing and optimizing base marketing programs, products, and services that deliver a series of consumer business targets, maximize revenue, reduce churn, and drive long-term engagement (re: tenure) with customers. Plans, creates and/or produces marketing communications across several Direct to Consumer marketing channels to implement strategies and objectives. Responsible for developing business cases for all of the programs... products, and services needed to be deployed in market, factoring in market dynamics, consumer patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict, etc. Develops quarterly Marketing Strategy and Plan of Record for base programs to deliver on business objectives. Manages development of all world-class marketing communications and creative for the Prepaid Base portfolio (Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile Prepaid, & Connect by T-Mobile) across several marketing channels Develops and implements quarterly strategic marketing plans and creates the Plan of Record for base customer programs, products, and services The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise; specifically with Go-to-Market, Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, Product Management and Digital Teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing support and communications Prepares presentations for various audiences ranging from peers to executive level. Partners with Business Performance Steering Team on potential promotion/pricing strategies; business tracking and analysis; partners with Consumer Insights on consumer understanding, and with the Product Management Team on product roadmap. Prepares recommendations for annual business plans and strategies as well tactical plans. Responsible for identifying market size, preparation of business plans, and assists in pricing recommendations for the defined Marketing and service portfolio. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelors Degree required. Qualifications: 4-7 years of Marketing experience 4-7 years of Experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
