You’ll be our second mobile engineer. You’ll work side by side with Pablo (Founding Mobile Engineer) to build the foundations, the present, and the future of mobile here.

Your job is to build the best mobile experience for thousands of entrepreneurs running their business from their phone. We care about speed, polish, and always improving.
Evolve our mobile capabilities and push the limits of what can be done
Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders
Define, build, and improve the tools and architecture behind our mobile app
Ship high-quality apps fast, while always improving UX and performance
Monitor usage and performance to identify what’s missing or broken
Create internal tools, reusable components, and ways to ship faster
1. Mobile engineering
You’ve built and shipped mobile apps using React Native
You’re comfortable with both iOS and Android
You’ve already worked on a product with a large user base
You know how mobile talks to the backend and how to debug it
2. Product and design mindset
You care about good UX and clear UI
You think in terms of users, not features
You’ve built polished components with strong attention to detail
You know iOS and Android don’t behave the same and plan accordingly
3. Performance and data
You know how to build scalable and maintainable code
You care about what to measure and how it impacts business and users
You track behavior, usage, and performance, and improve based on it
4. Team player
You communicate well and often
You collaborate with product, design, and backend
You’re not afraid to challenge decisions if it’s for the right reason
You’re comfortable working in English

You have 4+ years of experience in mobile
You’re proactive, autonomous, and know how to fill the gaps

We’re not remote-only. We expect you to come to the office a few days a week, or a few weeks every few months. Most of the team rotates.
The official language is English. Most of the team also speaks Spanish and French.
