Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the management layer.
  • Maintain and update employee records in T-Systems' databases.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.).
  • Manage communication with public entities (Social Security, Contrat@, etc) when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaint and grievance procedures according to T-Systems' policies.
  • Conduct initial orientation for new T-Systems employees.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a relevant administrative position.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws applicable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems, preferably those used in T-Systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to handle and resolve ambiguous situations and issues.
