About the Job:

The Product Lead, People and Labor Product Strategy will guide the creation of product features that enable seamless experiences for team members and managers across back-of-house and above-store products. This role will utilize strategic and tactical thinking to identify, cultivate, and synchronize business needs with the strategic direction of restaurant technology products. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of labor optimization, automated scheduling, employee onboarding, and payroll procedures for one of the world’s largest QSR brands.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with technology product owners and business leaders to define and execute the people & labor product strategy for Taco Bell’s Back of House system.
  • Act as the voice of the team member, manager, above-store leader, and home office for all people and labor management functions.
  • Lead discovery and proof of concept development with an innovative and customer-centric mindset.
  • Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure product requirements comply and align with brand values.
  • Support the definition and execution of product roadmaps ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners and other product teams.
  • Clearly, consistently, and proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.

Is This You?

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 6+ years of proven success in developing and executing strategic digital product roadmaps with at least 2+ years working with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus.
  • The ability to demonstrate a keen capability to analyze data, employing structured methodologies for problem-solving.
  • Showcase exceptional communication skills, capable of steering stakeholder interactions and leading productive team discussions.

Salary Range: ­­$93,800 to $127,785 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
