We are currently a Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc (TEA, Inc.) Department Head to manage the MIDS Test & Engineering program. This individual should have experience with MIDS radio systems, RF Test equipment and Test & Evaluation principles. Should be a problem solver, strong decision maker, with an ability to map out systematic steps to accomplish targeted goals. This position will collaborate with our finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to project budgets. As well as work to establish efficient, customer centric processes that organize and manage tasking to achieve superior customer satisfaction.

Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally by automobile or air on a frequent basis.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Required Certifications: Desired PMP Certification
Pay Range: $110,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, DOE.
U.S. Citizenship is required
Security Clearance: Top Secret Desired
Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
