Your Impact

As Growth Manager at Tacto, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission of establishing future-proof supply chains in the industrial SME sector. Within our dynamic team, you will manage projects end-to-end, analyzing and optimizing our revenue operations while identifying trends and drivers to propel our growth through continuous process improvements. You will establish efficient processes and make well-founded decisions with responsibility for our sales tool stack. Collaborating closely with our product team, you will discover new trends and validate product features through proactive research on the latest relevant topics. Every day, we strive to move Tacto forward step by step, constantly challenging the status quo. Your Tasks

• Driving Revenue Operations: Manage our sales tool stack (primarily Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Clay) to ensure smooth processes and use analytics tools (especially HubSpot) to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Improving our Go-to-Market Process: Push initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our go-to-market efforts over time.

• Supporting product exploration: Support our product team by discovering new trends, conducting customer interviews, and validating product features in the market, as well as providing educational insights to the organization.

• Building an internal data and analytics infrastructure: Contribute to building our internal data infrastructure, from data collection to evaluation, to improve internal decision-making.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree

• You have gained first professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, a VC-backed Startup or a comparable dynamic, fast-paced environment

• You are an analytical thinker with a natural affinity for numbers and can draw actionable insights from data while maintaining a broader perspective

• You have a natural curiosity and are eager to dive deep into our processes and understand the complexities of our work

• You have proven ownership of projects in the past and are ready to take full responsibility by leading projects from start to finish, taking a self-driven and “hands-on” approach

• You are a strong communicator and have good written and personal communication skills in German and English
