(Senior/Staff) Product Designer

Your impact

As a (Senior/Staff) Product Designer, you will play a key role in the development and design of our product. You will play a crucial role in improving the customer experience and ensuring that the product is optimally aligned with the needs of our customers. By doing so, you ensure a sustainable and better user experience and play a decisive role in the further development and improvement of our product. You will directly contribute to the development of innovative solutions for future-proof supply chains in the industrial SME sector and thus make a significant contribution to the future viability of the backbone of the European economy.

Your tasks

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains, and the key tasks involved in their day-to-day business.

  • Gather valuable insights and feedback from user research and retrieve requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders

  • Design and build user stories, prototypes and mockups to drive new product features from early user testing to final implementation

  • Break down complex problems and define clear specifications in collaboration with our product management and our engineering team

  • Shape the product implementation and delivery in an agile development environment

  • Align our product development around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and have a direct impact on our product roadmap

Your profile

  • You have experience (at least 2 years) in product design in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment (e.g. fast-growing startup, good tech company).

  • You enjoy working in a customer-centric way with a focus on the entire user journey, from developing the customer experience to designing visually appealing user interfaces.

  • You are very familiar with common design tools, especially Figma.

  • You have very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal - German is a plus, but not necessary.

  • You enjoy working with an interdisciplinary, diverse and international team.
