Implementation Lead

Your impact

As our first Implementation Lead, you will take over and lead a growing team of currently 5 employees to create a scalable implementation journey for our customers. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Product, Data and Engineering teams. This role requires a strong execution mentality, visionary thinking and leadership qualities.

Your tasks

Coordinate implementation and quality assurance:

• Optimise the handover process and work closely with Customer Success to enable seamless implementations.

Scalability & Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation in the onboarding process and implement solutions cross-functionally.

• Develop a vision for technically seamless implementations and realise it step by step.

Cross-functional alignment:

• Collaborate with Product, Data and Engineering teams to ensure the Solutions Engineering team has all necessary resources.

• Drive structural improvements to reduce time to market and improve quality.

Capacity planning and resource management:

• Develop and manage an effective system for capacity planning and team utilisation management.

• Coordinate with sales to anticipate customer onboarding needs and assign tasks efficiently.

Team leadership and development:

• Develop a strategy to attract, engage and develop top talent.

• Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative team culture

Knowledge management:

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and knowledge.

Pre-sales support:

• Develop a pre-sales function to support sales in customer acquisition.

• Create pre-sales materials and define clear expectations for customer onboarding requirements.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience, ideally with a focus on building scalable systems.

• Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in fast-paced environments.

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvements.

• Execution Focus: Pragmatist with results orientated approach to task management and problem solving.

• Visionary Thinking: Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Communication: Strong communication skills, confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. Confident in representing positions and gaining team support.

• Ideally experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

• Fluent in German (C1 or native speaker) and English.
