Your Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will be a key member of the recruiting team and integral part of the recruiting process. This person will be in contact with candidates throughout the interviewing and onboarding process sending correspondence and scheduling interviews, creating a first-class candidate experience. As the primary support person for our busy recruiting team, we are looking for an innovative thinker who can remain flexible, has a positive attitude and provide the highest level of service!

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Consultants in the day-to-day recruiting activities
  • Schedule interviews for candidates, coordinate the creation of interview schedules, coordinate travel arrangements
  • Ensure that candidates are communicated with and moved through the recruitment process in a timely manner.
  • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including applications, offer letters, and orientation materials
  • Obtain proper I9 verification documentation and process through E-Verify
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system so information can be easily retrieved regarding all potential candidates.
  • Monitor employee referral inbox and process employee referral payouts
  • Support college recruiting efforts by registering for career fairs & coordinating events


Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proven client/customer management skills; experience with building effective relationships, credibility and rapport with business partners and leaders in a corporate setting
  • Above-average verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates and candidates at all levels of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information, along with handling of sensitive documents
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
  • Legally able to work in the United States
