The Team

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join American Tower’s Human Resources organization. The Human Resources team supports American Tower’s talent needs. Day to day you will provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team and various business units. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functionally to deliver excellent support and drive success by providing a best-in-class candidate and customer experiences.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Between 1–3 years of talent acquisition or human resources, or comparable experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience preferred.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

What You Can Offer Us

  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams, as well as all related meetings including debriefs.
  • Own confirmation and follow-up correspondences to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and e-mail.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations while providing high quality onboarding experiences.
  • Support TA Operations Manager with administration of employee referral program, recruitment marketing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), vendor management and budgeting.
  • Maintain job descriptions and compensation information within all systems.
  • Manage, and maintain all reports to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional ad hoc reports that are requested.
  • Based on volume provide recruiting support to Recruiters and Sr. Recruiters through screening resumes and sourcing research.
  • Process invoices and Purchase Orders for TA/HR Team as needed for various expenses such as candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other costs.
  • Provide support for campus recruiting programs by registering for campus events, preparing career fair giveaways, posting jobs, monitoring candidate interest, and handling other program components.
  • Process all IT request forms for contractors and employees.
  • Manage the recruiting e-mail inbox(s); respond to candidate and vendor inquiries and forward information to the appropriate person or team in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
