Overview
Milliman is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Indianapolis Health consulting practice’s full-cycle recruitment efforts for intern, entry-level and experienced hire talent. As a TA Intern, you will have an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, growing team of multi-disciplinary health consulting professionals. Successful TA interns are problem solvers, strong writers, creative marketers, and comfortable putting ideas into actionable steps. Ideal candidates are also eager to learn and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about, and contribute to, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, gain exposure to recruitment tools, and develop essential skills for a successful career in Human Resources/People Operations. This internship is designed for a current undergraduate or graduate student who is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. The position is available approximately mid-August to mid-November. Preference will be given to students who plan to complete their degree program in the spring of 2024.

Responsibilities
As a TA Intern you will be a key player who contributes to the success of our practice's recruitment efforts. Recruitment work is well-suited for detail-oriented people who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively, on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment. The position will assist with general recruitment administration (email monitoring, event preparations, marketing, team and candidate support) in addition to special projects.

Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Indianapolis, Indiana on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate for this role is $19 to $28, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
