Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hospitality

About the role:


Your ultimate goal as Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to search and identify suitable candidates for selected Hosco clients (upscale hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality-related employers).

You will use proactive recruiting techniques to source both active and passive candidates for selected roles across a wide range of professions (culinary, service, rooms, marketing, finance, etc.) and geographic locations across the EMEA region.


You will work closely with the customer success, marketing and school relations teams and your specific responsibilities will encompass the following:


  • Building of candidate pipelines for multiple roles at once by leading research in all potential talent pools (online and offline) and selling Hosco as the leading source to find selected hospitality job opportunities
  • Constantly look out for new potential ways to identify and attract talents in hospitality (hosco platform, other relevant job boards, social media platforms, career and alumni sites, etc.)
  • Candidate outreach to active or passive job seekers to add potential candidates to Hosco’s talent pool. You will engage with all sorts of professionals in the industry and create interest to join Hosco and be active on Hosco’s clients’ jobs
  • Reporting of candidates sourced, converted and resulting applies to Hosco clients’ jobs and proposals to keep iterating on the sourcing strategy based on this data.

Your objectives will be structured as follows:

  • Registrations of candidates in selected professions and regions (70%)
  • Applications on selected roles for selected Hosco clients (30%)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-volume talent sourcing/recruitment role
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and highly organised individual
  • Natural relationship builder
  • Excellent communication and representation skills
  • Fluent English, any other language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish)
