Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a trusted, institutional crypto asset technology team that delivers leading data and software products to address the most complex data challenges. We build SaaS and DaaS solutions to convert crypto asset data into auditable information to support portfolio management, sub-ledger, risk, analytical and other financial reporting. Our products automate and optimize crypto asset data management for all businesses, including but not limited to funds, fund administrators, OTC and proprietary trading desks, exchanges, miners, protocols and accounting firms - and we are proud to call some of the largest crypto businesses and financial institutions our customers.


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll ensure that, regardless of the outcome of their interviews, each candidate has a positive experience. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


What You’ll D
o

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews through to offer negotiation for all assigned business roles
  • Proactive sourcing, including the use of social networks, job boards, and alternative sourcing methodologies
  • Develop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
  • Improve and build upon internal documents and tools to properly train employees in recruiting activities (i.e. interview guides, interview questions, and other training materials)
  • Leverage data at all stages of the recruitment process, iterating on sourcing strategies and evaluation techniques based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ensure smooth administration of Bamboo HR, our applicant tracking system, by staying on top of updates, integrations, and onboarding new users
  • Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience working across a wide range of roles at all levels
  • Experience recruiting for an early start stage up or tech company is a plus
  • Experience recruiting for all roles including sales, technology and corporate services, at all levels, with an expertise on low talent supply in a high demanding market
  • Appreciation for organization and attention to detail, understanding the importance of data integrity in all matters relating to candidates and employees
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using all functionalities of an applicant tracking system - Bamboo HR preferred
