About the Team
The Technology, Experience and Enablement team is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) function that fuels excellence and continuous improvement for all of Workday.
About the Role
In this role, you will ensure standard processes are in place so the global Recruiting team is efficient and prepared to complete a quality experience for both the candidates and the hiring team. Partnering closely with the TA Technology Program Manager, you will help develop scalable solutions that improve the recruitment experience and the system workflows internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide onboarding support for TA New Hires, and maintain relevant system access and/or licenses for the TA team and Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure the global TA team is using all available tools and resources as designed by conducting frequent reviews of adoption and utilization.
  • Use report mechanisms in the system of reference to audit process and recruiter activity for data accuracy and compliance, raising areas of concern as appropriate.
  • Seek opportunities for innovative process and workflow improvements to ensure recruiter efficiencies and a positive, compliant candidate experience.
  • Design and deliver enablement for incremental system and process improvements to support understanding and consistency in new or updated processes.
  • Participate in process design and system configuration sessions.
  • Help to ensure accuracy and quality assurance in deploying solutions by assisting with data collecting requirements, maintaining project trackers and providing peer reviews when items are adjusted in the live environment.
  • Provide assistance and/or data in compliance audits conducted by third parties such as OFCCP and GDPR.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting the implementation and/or production environment of Workday Recruiting.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a software technology environment
  • 3+ years experience capturing business requirements.
Other Qualifications:
  • Strong systems/process orientation with proven analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable delivering demonstrations and enablement training to large groups.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate resilience when faced with tight resolution timeframes and conflicting/opposing priorities.
  • Knowledge of business analyst & project management methodologies.
