We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner & HR Generalist for our global team at Lusha. If you are an experienced recruiter, have a sharp eye for talent and are excited to play an integral role in building out & supporting our US HQ, continue reading.

What will you be doing?

At a fast pace of growth, you will be responsible for executing on our US growth plans, managing the hiring process, managing candidate experience and ensuring the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the employees. You’ll develop multiple channels and nurture partnership to attract and engage talent and act as a partner in all hiring decision-making.You will take part in building Lusha’s employer brand, and work cross-functionally with our global recruiting team as the voice of the Boston team.

In addition, you will have employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

You will:

  • Develop proactive and diverse candidate sourcing strategies, identify, attract and sign on the best talent that aligns with hiring plans
  • Partner and reflect to the decision makers the hiring needs and local market trends
  • Create and own an amazing candidate experience
  • Manage effective recruiting processes using our ATS - Comeet .
  • Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment.
  • Work closely with leading recruitment agencies and talent branding sources
  • Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in implementation of Human Resource policies

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition in a high volume
  • Passion for sourcing - a must.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently but collaboratively.
  • Global recruiting experience - advantage
  • Experience with Employer branding- advantage
