Join FasterFreedom as a High-Ticket Sales Development Representative (SDR) where you'll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the real estate investing education space. In this role, you'll engage with inbound leads, conduct introductory 15-minute calls to assess client needs, and identify the right program offerings for them. Working closely with our Sales Team and Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial part in guiding clients through their journey to real estate investment knowledge, ensuring a seamless experience for those ready to take the next step.
Contact inbound leads via phone to schedule product demonstrations or offer alternative low-ticket products if initial criteria are not met.
Follow up with leads who missed scheduled appointments or canceled, through calls, texts, and emails to reschedule.
Utilize and manage lead information within our CRM software, Close.com.
Promote and sell ReLaunch, our introductory product offering, to potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement to help refine lead generation strategies.
Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to accurately address customer questions and provide solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
You are seasoned with at least 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, demonstrating a track record of successfully closing deals.
You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
You have a proven history of setting appointments effectively, ensuring a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
You are adept at selling over the phone, engaging and persuading customers through verbal communication.
You are experienced in conducting sales and setting appointments via text, utilizing written communication to advance the sales process.
You possess a coachable mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement in your sales techniques and strategies.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
You are proficient with CRM software, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
You have strong time-management skills, ensuring that sales targets are met consistently.
You are self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and drive to exceed sales goals.
You have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
