The Department: People Team

The People Team at Gemini are thought partners, business influencers, and ambassadors for Gemini's company values. Our collaborative team is comprised of recruiters, program managers, and human resources specialists. As a member of the People Team, you’ll be on the ground floor of a quickly growing organization, with the opportunity to create best-in-class processes and programs that find, grow, and retain amazing talent at Gemini. 

The Role: Talent Enablement Lead

We’re looking for a Talent Enablement Lead who can drive brand new initiatives for a growing talent acquisition team. As a Lead on the Talent Strategy & Operations team, you’ll create new programs and processes that will contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the talent acquisition function, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure compliance and consistency on the team. 

This role is an exciting opportunity to build programs that enable Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers with a focus on attracting and hiring talent. In this role, you will report to the Associate Director of Talent Strategy & Operations and be part of a group who brings continual passion, entrepreneurial spirit, hustle, and diversity of thought to everything related to recruiting and staffing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage large-scale, strategic initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and Gemini's hiring process
  • Develop enablement programs that include onboarding, continued training, and knowledge management for Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers
  • Create the content for and facilitate engaging trainings with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers
  • Assist with Workday implementation regarding Talent Acquisition programs and processes, including change management
  • Own the knowledge management of Talent Acquisition programs and processes and maintain a single source of truth
  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Operations team on optimization and trainings of systems and tools
  • Partner with DEI on recruiting process and enablement

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Enablement or Learning & Development in a fast-paced and high-growth global organization
  • A passion for leading impactful and engaging trainings and workshops
  • An understanding that a process is only as good as its adoption; a willingness to teach others new processes to help imbed them for long-term yields   
  • Capability to manage multiple projects at any given time, with a sense of urgency and clear prioritization
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels
