About the role and what you will be doing

You will be reporting to the Talent Lead and working as part of the People Team where you will be helping to hire some of the best technical talent in the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hiring across Ensono Digital's competencies (Frontend, Java, Data, .NET, DevOps, QA, Delivery and Business Strategy)
  • Managing the end-to-end hiring processes from direct sourcing through to offer, ensuring efficiency and quality communication at all stages
  • Scouring across the UK market for the best talent using both traditional and non-conventional tools
  • Championing candidate experience and being a passionate Ensono Digital brand ambassador
  • Partnering with the Talent Lead to support them through their hiring initiatives including talent mapping, salary benchmarking and weekly reports
  • Effective stakeholder management: working with hiring managers across competencies to ensure smooth and positive experiences happen across the board
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and proactively make hiring processes better
  • Understanding the existing People function and work with them to implement any suggested improvements

What you'll bring to Ensono Digital

We are looking for a passionate hands-on Recruiter with a proactive attitude with the following experience:

  • 1 + years recruiting in the UK tech sector, focusing on software development – either for an agency or as an in-house recruiter for a high-growth company
  • Strong direct sourcing background (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and X-Ray)
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches at different levels within short timescales
  • Track record of creating great candidate experiences
  • You are passionate about how data can empower the talent acquisition process and comfortable presenting data to influence change
  • Strong understanding of the UK technical landscape (salaries, trends, meetups etc.)
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and building long term relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work on own initiative
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident communicator and influencer, comfortable talking to people of any level. You understand how best to adapt your approach to your audience
  • Understanding of the Consulting model
