Senior Web Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Web Producer to manage and maintain Talkiatry.com. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our website, lead redesigns as-needed, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and an external Webflow development agency. You will be responsible for managing the roadmap for SEO and regular content updates, documenting all pixels and data trackers used, and running conversion experiments to continuously improve the user experience.

As the Senior Web Producer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our website not only represents our brand effectively but also functions as a powerful tool for patient engagement and acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics, to ensure our digital presence supports our broader business objectives.

About Talkiatry:

Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome.  With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.

You will:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of Talkiatry.com, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the external Webflow development agency to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and maintain overall site performance.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications throughout the redesign process.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all pixels, data trackers, and other third-party integrations used on Talkiatry.com
  • Ensure all tracking is compliant with relevant privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and manage a roadmap for ongoing SEO content updates, ensuring our site remains competitive in search rankings.
  • Lead the development and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey mapping.

You have:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in web production, website development and maintenance, Martech management
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript and Figma
  • Proficiency with Webflow or similar web development platforms. Experience with enterprise grade content management systems a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, CRO strategies, and web analytics tools
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies, particularly in web development.
  • Familiarity with tracking technologies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • A passion for improving the digital experience for customers.
