We’re Hiring: Corporate Operations Interns

Talos is excited to offer internship opportunities for students eager to gain hands-on experience in various corporate operation functions. We are seeking enthusiastic and talented interns who enjoy tackling complex problems. There are exciting opportunities across various Corporate Operations functions, such as Finance, People & Talent, and Marketing. As an intern in these departments, you will have the chance to work on real-world projects, contribute to impactful strategies, and collaborate with professionals who have driven success in leading global organizations. Using best-practice and modern tools, we’re building from scratch, so that Talos is ready for the unique challenges this industry faces. Are you ready to Build Ambitiously? 

This is a 12-week program that will run from June to August 2025. This internship is only open to current university students graduating Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. Our Corporate Operations Internships require work authorization to work in the US and will be based in New York City.  Sponsorship for internships is not available at this time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and duties will vary depending on what function you join. Some examples of what you might work on:

Finance Intern:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable.

• Conduct research on market trends and financial best practices.

People & Talent Intern:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data from various sources such as HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), surveys, and performance management tools.

• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee engagement, retention, performance, and diversity.

• Work closely with the People team to understand their data needs and support their efforts in leveraging data-driven insights for improving processes and initiatives.

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team by documenting insights, methodologies, and best practices.

Marketing Intern:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that effectively communicates our value proposition and positions Talos as a leader in the fintech industry.

• Monitor trends in the crypto/fintech/capital markets to help Talos position itself for success.

• Conduct competitor analysis around brand, messaging, marketing, and press to help Talos benchmark its strengths and explore opportunities.

• Track and report on marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) using best-in-class marketing technology tools.

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Class of 2026 pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field

• An energetic, creative, and autonomous self-starter. You take a challenge straight on and consider yourself a doer. 

• Proven hands-on experience in financial institutions or technology companies. 

• Strong verbal and written communication. You can break down big ideas to their smallest parts, and take small parts to create big ideas. High level and detailed communication comes easily. 

• Interest in digital assets markets/trading is a plus
