Tele-sales Specialist (Real Estate)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our real estate services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients by researching leads through various sources such as databases, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, preferences, and buying capacity.

Outbound Calls:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's real estate offerings.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' real estate needs and provide relevant information.

Sales Presentations:

  • Effectively present and promote the company’s real estate services, including property listings, investment opportunities, and market trends.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients, providing accurate and detailed information.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to keep them informed about new properties, market changes, or upcoming events.

Closing Sales:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
  • Assist clients through the buying process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Document all interactions with clients, including call details, emails, and follow-up actions.

Performance Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Share insights with the team to enhance overall sales strategy.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections in a positive manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
