What we’re doing is super complex, both in terms of business context and the tech required. It requires understanding the intricacies of health insurance rules, archaic healthcare systems, and what makes experiences effective for patients, providers, and pharmacies. As Product Lead on our team, you’ll need to become deeply familiar with all of the above to drive decisions about what we’re building (as well as the tech we’re buying).
The scope of this role is big – we need to interact with every participant in the prescription process, including the health insurers and pharmaceutical manufacturers, so Product will have to think about every type of interaction. That said, we are big believers in collaborative problem solving – while driving the product is your job, you will work closely with our CEO and the rest of the team on both building context and making decisions.
We know that the products and services we build and the reach they have, and therefore our chance of making a difference, will be better when we have more diverse perspectives. This is especially important in healthcare, where the problems affect everyone differently and disproportionately impact people in underserved communities. We’re excited to work with people from underrepresented backgrounds, and we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.

Develop a well-informed perspective on how we should be investing our tech resources, driving decisions like 1) what we build vs buy and 2) roadmap focus on near-term optimization vs long-term automation
Work with the rest of our tech team to design and build both internal and external software to:
