The sales floor is fully stocked with appropriately priced and labeled items and correctly sized items from A&A, Home, and Seasonal categories.Qualifications:• Proficiency in our GUEST service fundamentals and proven ability to establish a customer-centric ethos in every facet of the retail space• One of the critical aspects of retail business is understanding guest shopping patterns. This can help you develop strategies to create an outstanding shopping experience that will encourage guests to return• Staying informed about industry trends like fashion styles, seasonal changes, and brand diversity is critical for any fashion company looking to succeed in a constantly evolving marketplace• The appropriate pricing strategy also takes into account the competition in the market. By offering competitive prices, the products will attract more guests, and the floor will remain profitableResponsibilities:• With so many distractions vying for our attention in today's fast-paced world, taking the time to truly acknowledge and engage with guests can be a powerful act of hospitality that sets you apart from the crowd• Ensure that your approach is tailored to your guest's demeanor and preferences, based on reading their body language and verbal cues, to guarantee a positive experience• Maximize the usage of store tools to gain an in-depth comprehension of crucial performance indicators, sales objectives, revenue-generating and deficit-inducing product lines, inventory levels, frequently targeted merchandise, customer behavior, and peak business periods• The salesfloor should be replenished regularly to ensure all products are available to customers.
