Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Target in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns.2. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support throughout their shopping experience.3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.4. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the web chat process.5. Assist with planning and executing web chat campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.6. Stay up-to-date on Target's products, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate with customers.7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and suggestions for improvement.Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits to provide excellent customer service.3. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills.7.
