Responsibilities

Understand the entire online and offline Dolly & Taskrabbit experience
Stay informed of all process and policy changes
Create content in line with Taskrabbit's brand and adapt it as needed
Design and create a curriculum for onboarding and training
Consult with cross-functional teams on site and policy changes
Own creation and management of Support Center articles and guides
Assess curriculum gaps and improve training programs
