Compliance Associate, Partner Relationships
We are looking for a Compliance Associate to manage third-party marketing partner relationships at tastytrade in Chicago. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory rules and be able to work closely with the Marketing Compliance Director.
Skills
- Knowledge of FINRA and NFA rules
- Understanding of asset classes
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good judgement and integrity
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Marketing Partnerships Manager
- Conduct due diligence on marketing partner candidates
- Review and approve marketing materials
- Monitor business partners for compliance
- Maintain relevant policies and procedures
- Provide compliance support and serve as main contact
Education
- Undergraduate college degree
- Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licenses
