In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with diverse data sets and technologies to produce production quality, scalable, automated solutions to a... diverse set of challenging data problems. You will have the freedom to utilize the latest technologies to solve challenging problems, create innovative applications from the ground up and understand exactly what it takes to create a reliable online experience for our customers. This role collaborates closely with our technology teams to provide profound insights from your analysis, and optimize our business, with the ultimate goal of helping Tatari redefine marketing analytics for tv and streaming video media buying.Description:Collaborating closely with our engineering and technology teams, the Data Scientist will build predictive models and perform advanced statistical analyses to provide insights for optimizing our business.Specifically, the job duties will include the following:Applying fluent understanding of state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to build predictive models and recommender systems;Applying deep understanding of statistics and probability to devise improvements to existing algorithms;Contributing to developing and maintaining internal analysis software libraries;Developing new intellectual property;Analyzing large amounts of data to identify relationships and trends, translating them into actionable insights for our product team and clients;Reporting findings, both orally and in written documents containing charts, graphs and tablesQualifications:Masters’ degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, etc.)5+ years experience as a Data Scientist in a technology environmentDeep knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniquesAdvanced experience in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, pandas, pyspark)Strong background designing and developing software to implement advanced analytic algorithmsA quick learner, with the ability to work independently and adaptably in a fast-paced environmentStrong strategic thinking capabilities and project management skillsNice to have:PhD in a technical fieldIndustry experience with development and deployment of predictive models or recommendation systemsBenefits:Competitive salary ($155-200K/annually)Equity compensation100% health insurance premium coverage for you and your dependentsUnlimited PTO and sick daysSnacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the officeTeam building events$1000 annual continued education benefit$500 WFH reimbursement$125 pre-tax monthly stipend to spend on whatever you wantAnnual mental health awareness app reimbursementFSA and commuter benefitsMonthly Company Wellness Day Off (During WFH)Hybrid RTO, 2 flex days a week in 2024, likely increasing to 3 after but no more than that.
