Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a global tax department with each team member having significant experience in public accounting and industry taxation. You will gain first-hand experience on how a global tax department of a multinational company operates in the high-tech industry. This position will report primarily to the Domestic and International Tax Directors and will be responsible for the following job duties:

Assisting with the data gathering and preparation of workpapers for general U.S. income compliance reporting (e.g. Forms 1120, 8858, and 5471)
Assisting with federal and state tax return preparation
Assisting with information gathering and documentation to support ongoing tax audits
Department administration and data management
Participating in various internal and external meetings with our external financial auditors and service providers (i.e. Big 4 accounting firms)
Various ad-hoc projects as they arise
