Position Profile

Weaver’s Tax Services team is looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The Tax Services Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the tax department. This professional will be responsible for typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports, filing, and assembling and processing deliverables. They will also handle day to day operations of their office including but not limited to: distributing incoming mails, preparing outgoing mail, printing, budgeting/finance duties, and submitting invoices. The Administrative Assistant will interact with clients via telephone and in-person, therefore we require professionalism in presentation and communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail. Education and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 + years administrative experience
  • Punctuality and dependability are required
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Seasonal overtime may be required
  • This position is in-office
