The UX/UI Web Designer provides graphic design support for external digital work products in support of TCG's government clients. Support includes conceptualizing, designing, and developing visual materials, wireframes and prototypes using computer software.
Either US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates with customers to gather information and requirements needed for designing web pages and application workflows.
• Illustrates established design concepts by designing wireframes based on business requirements
• Consults with the end-user as needed to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet needs
• Keeps up-to-date with best practices and skills
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• 7 years of experience
• US citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal government clearance
• Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and HTML
• Familiar with 508 compliance and accessibility requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Possesses expert knowledge of graphic design subject matter
• Ability to contribute quickly to the project
• Ability to prioritize and organize efforts in a fast-paced environment
• Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-orientated personality
• Familiar with Agile-Scrum and capable of working as part of a scrum team
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge a plus
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; four (4) years of experience may be substituted instead of a degree

Internal title/grade: Software Engineer, Grade 6
Salary Range: $93,400 - $112,000
All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check.
Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government
