Vendor Marketing Manager

About The RoleAs a Vendor Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive profitable growth and expand market share. You'll collaborate with management and cultivate key relationships with brand partners and vendors to leverage opportunities and enhance offerings. Your role will involve planning and executing demand generation activities within budget, while continuously refining strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.What You'll Do• Identifies and cultivates key relationships with influencers applicable Negotiates with suppliers to obtain Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned brand and manages MDF budgets to maximize ROI.• Continually collaborates with internal peers, and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies.• Develops and/or implements marketing policies and objectives.• Manages the introduction of new programs or features.• Defines the internal and external communication strategy for areas of responsibility• Develops, implements and/or maintains all standardized marketing methodologies, tools and collateral of the assigned area ensuring consistent look and feel for internal and external communications.• Coordinates and manages applicable events.• Contracts and works with outside vendors for development and delivery of marketing programs.• May engage in contract negotiations• May manage fee-based marketing programs focused on targeted markets• May oversee the tracking of supplier rebates.• Develops solutions to defined tasks, typical problems and projects appropriate in scope and complexity.• May be solved by the application of specialized foundation knowledge and existing approaches and solutions to a variety of related situations.• Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion.• Receives initial direction and work may be reviewed for accuracy and quality.• Interacts mostly with immediate management and other professionals within the department or function.• Actions typically affect own work assignments and department but erroneous decisions or failure to accomplish work may require some assistance or resources from within the department to remedy.What We're Looking For• Foundational knowledge of specialized job functions, industry practices and standards acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level.• Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceKey SkillsWhat's In It For You?• Elective Benefits: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.• Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.• Elevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
