You will take the lead on one strategic opportunity to launch new or improved self-service capabilities for our distributors or/and end customers. Depending on the lifecycle stage of the project you will own, you will drive the customer needs analysis, product development and execution, to provide customers with an intuitive and efficient online experience. Your user experience focus, data-driven approach to solving problems and cross-functional collaboration will be essential to succeed in this role.
