Job Summary:

The Team Lead for Cyber manages account teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to service standards.


What You'll Do:

People Management

  • Leads a team of 5-10 colleagues to enable colleague development, drive revenue growth and service delivery of the team
  • Oversee day-to-day account team activities and client servicing staff performance
  • Provides coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize career development for client servicing staff
  • Work with Practice Directors and Practice Managers to develop people management skills

Operational

  • Monitors work allocation and adherence to service standards
  • Serve as quality control for client servicing teams to ensure that clients have continuous and proper coverage

Client Servicing

  • Dedicate 20-25% of time to client work with the rest dedicated towards people management
  • Monitors the retention of business and generates new business
  • Strengthens client relationships and serves as an internal thought leader and supports client servicing team with responses to more complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience

Strategic

  • Helps establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitors implementation
  • Ensures the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth
  • Supports long-term growth of Woodruff Sawyer through participating in recruiting efforts and interviewing candidate

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of related cyber insurance experience, some brokerage experience is a plus
  • Experience managing client servicing teams
  • Working knowledge of insurance coverages
  • Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent people management skills

More About Us:

Compensation: Anticipated salary between $95,522.00 - $159,601.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 10% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
