Team Rubicon is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Accounting to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models
Oversee accurate coding and allocation of expenses and revenue
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports
Provide strategic financial analysis
Lead coordination of annual financial audits
Collaborate on key capital allocation decisions
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Lead and participate in special projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related studies
MBA with concentrations in Finance or Accounting preferred
