As a Tech Lead IT User Support, you will focus on several areas of technology such as mobility, deployment, management tools, and VDI. You will set standards, provide solutions, and work with partners to deliver results to markets for each area of technology. By working closely with IT functional relationship managers, global product groups, and product group managers, you will provide customer service support, define internal policies, and assist with how mobile devices connect to services. Help drive the future of technologies at Nestlé IT by ensuring adherence to Nestlé IT standards, working on requests for extra projects and what is needed to deliver, and acting as first point of escalation.
- Provide guidance and support to influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives
- Act as the voice of receivers under his/her scope to the global product towers - driving innovation and continuous improvement in their area of expertise (i.e. user experience, asset control, onboarding, field services, mobility, deployment, management tools, etc.)
- Improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services using emerging technology and technical methods and methodologies
- Provide and advise the product team with technical expertise, translating the business vision into technical vision
- Ensure solutions within each technology area are delivered, maintained securely, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations
- Work with IT Innovation Managers, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Partners and Business Analysts as required to ensure any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction
- Resolve complex technical problems by investigating the root cause and recommending SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of Information Technology experience and/or equivalent work experience in End User support services
- 1+ years of experience within Deployment (End User Computing management, SCCM, Modern Management, Microsoft)
OTHER
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience within Mobility department (Apple, Android, RF warehouse devices , MDM tools, device compliance and security), Management Tools (Jamf, SCCM, Modern Management, SOTI, InTune), VDI (Azure VM, Citrix) preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL preferred
- Basic network knowledge, firewalls, and device security preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $97,662 to $131,098. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location .
