Along with protecting against destructive attacks and data exfiltration, it also helps businesses cut costs, simplify their infrastructure, and improve the user experience by getting rid of a lot of internal processes.

Doit Security was established in 2021 to provide technical consultancy, assisting customers to do business while providing a more delightful experience for enterprise users. Our goal is to build relationships and help deploy the company's defenses and controls in the environment where connections are made—the internet—so that every connection is safe, no matter how or where users connect or where their applications and workloads are located.


Role Description

We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who has a passion for Tech Sales to join our team as Sales Manager. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.


This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior management, to influence and drive the Sales/ Services implementation/service delivery pipelines to ensure presales conversions & revenue targets are met or exceeded through new business or upsell of services.
  • Provide regular reporting, insight & updates to the Senior Director on performance of the team with respect to projects, open presales activity, risks and issues, team activity, resource utilization and training needs.
  • Coordinating with sales staff to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals, including increasing market share, and growing the customer base in collaboration with the Senior management.
  • Ensuring that all staff members are trained on product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of Sales Strategies and Tech Industry.
  • You can communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus.
  • Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results.
  • Ability to work across numerous teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Passionate about technology and relationships
