IT Project Coordinator

Techdock Labs is seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience in IT environments. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will support project managers, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of technical projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals and deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Liaise between key stakeholders, including IT staff, accounting professionals, and management, to ensure project alignment and engagement.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to assess progress, tackle challenges, and keep team members informed.
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, providing reports to management as necessary.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations throughout all project phases.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project coordination or management, preferably in the accounting industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of accounting software and technology trends in the financial sector is a plus.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
