Job Summary
The Technical Account Consultant is responsible for mobilizing and executing projects as designated by the Client Service leadership team. This position will review the configuration and utilization of Paycor products and provide best practices to our customers to enhance their user experience through reporting, communication, and project management. The Technical Account Consultant will be responsible for the adoption of new processes and technology/tools for Client Service. The Technical Account Consultant will need advanced knowledge of and serve as a subject matter expert of at least one of Paycor's core products as well as the related interfaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support internal stakeholders with identifying client partners with technical challenges and/or business issues and engage in consultative solutions providing hands-on training
- Maintain advanced knowledge of at least one of Paycor’s core software, best practices and issues
- Demonstration level experience in most ancillary products
- Coordinate with internal partners on projects that impact multiple product platforms
- Leverage Paycor product and platform expertise as a stakeholder with the Product teams with technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specific to the customers’ business need
- Project planning by completing evaluation, scoping and preparation of billable projects
- Ability to determine root cause and develop corresponding action plan with technology solutions, other services, and best practices to address mid- and long-term needs
- Participate in cross-functional activities to help drive adoption of consistent processes and support methodology
- Collaborate with Learning as new products are developed and existing platforms are enhanced to improve internal training and preparedness
- Assist leadership with escalated project work, including consultation with customers to improve retention and customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training, and team initiatives
- Maintain a working environment that is energized and consistently demonstrates the Paycor service commitment, set good work example for others
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3-5 years of related industry experience; prior experience in HCM or Paycor preferred
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates agility in a fast-paced, service-oriented position
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of MS Office products
- Payroll, Time and HR Application software experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in training environment; utilizing on-line tools preferred

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $48,600.00-$77,784.00/year. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
