We are looking for Technical Operations Managers in Brazil to drive forward the growth of our retail network size and performance.

Who you are

• You have 2-3 years of experience in account management, technical project management (data analysis experience is a bonus)
• You have a strong track record in delivering high-impact projects/managing key partnerships in your previous organization (s).
• You demonstrate strong self-starting capabilities and are able to identify and seize opportunities with limited direction.
• You have exceptional people & communication skills and are able to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
• You are analytical and structured, allowing you to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives with changing priorities.
• You are excited by, and able to quickly understand new technical topics.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

What you'll do

• Manage technical relationships with the biggest travel retailers in Brazil and coordinate internal resources to set them up for success.
• Be responsible for retailer integration projects as new partners join our platform.
• Drive the growth of our retail partners by analyzing their performance to identify and roll-out key initiatives.
• Collaborate with the product team & other stakeholders across the organization to identify & drive platform improvements.
