The Role

Audigent is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager / Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing, data-focused AdTech company.

Audigent is a leading first-party data management and monetization platform for super-premium digital publishers and the world's largest advertisers. Its cookieless identity product ensures a future-proof solution as the digital media ecosystem evolves. Having built a world-class verification stack and a deep insights data platform that builds unique taxonomies for its partners, Audigent is transforming how data powers the programmatic landscape with verified, opt-in audiences from some of the biggest content publishers, influencers, athletes, and artists.

Audigent is funded by some of the best strategic partners in the ecosystem, and just completed a significant Series B funding round in August. The company is rapidly growing to meet the increased demand from its clients, who are seeing incredible success across its product suite.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the requirements of our partners and customers as they relate to the management, application and understanding of Audigent's data and client facing tools and leading the design and delivery of fixes and larger projects to deliver on the expectations of our clients.

Key to excelling in this role will be your drive to bridge the gap between cutting-edge data science and technology, and the real-world business requirements of our company and partners. Get excited to meet with name-brand partners from the Music, Sports, Entertainment, and Ecommerce vertices, understanding their needs and helping to design solutions that deliver on Audigent's core business propositions.

This is a very exciting opportunity for you to be an early addition to a fast growing team within Audigent, as well as a chance for you to use your skills to develop new solutions and technology that bring real impact to the business we work with.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a small team, which means you'll get to take part in a lot of different business areas. We are looking for someone who doesn't want to get siloed working at a huge company, and would rather diversify their skillset and grow to quickly become a more senior member within our growing company. Some of the areas you'll be asked to showcase your skills are:

Solutions

  • Represent Audigent as a client-facing team member, interacting with high-profile publisher clients to design and deliver solutions and enhancements
  • Develop solutions with members of the engineering team across Audigent's exciting AdTech product suite comprising Data Management, Identity, and Data Activation

Sales Engineering

  • Ensure the Partner Development Team's success with all aspects of the technical sales process by understanding the customer requirements and serving as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process
  • Support the RFI/RFP process by providing responses to technical requirements
  • Learn to demo the Audigent product capabilities to customers

Technical Support

  • Work directly with leading publishers to help them solve their data needs, responding to escalations relating to integration issues, reporting or analytics discrepancies, and any other technical issues.
  • Partner with the account management team to swiftly and diligently onboard new publisher clients.

Product Development

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and use it to help form and drive the product forward, achieving their needs as well as those of the business
  • Keep up to date on our product roadmap and incorporate new features into customer solutions where appropriate

Ideal candidates have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role in the AdTech industry, working with a publisher, ad network, platform, SSP or sales house
  • Familiarity with advertising and marketing technologies – someone who can understand how data passes between the DMP and third-party partners, such as ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs
  • Experience with the AdTech family of offerings from Google: Ad Manager, Tag Manager, Analytics, etc. and has some operational experience with ad serving and tag implementation
  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with other key data technologies and coding languages involved in backend development such as Python, JavaScript, Shell scripts, and/or API setups is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science/Data Science

All candidates should have:

  • Experience working in the AdTech space, either on or alongside a software engineering or backend development team
  • A basic understanding of the digital and programmatic advertising landscape, with some familiarity with ad serving and tag implementation
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and at least one other programming language (bootcamp graduates welcome!)
  • Project management and client solutions skills – excited to be working with outside partners in a professional and positive manner
  • A highly motivated self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, values accountability, and plans on bringing another perspective to our solutions processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation: Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000+ based on your experience and qualifications.

Audigent's benefits include health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings, commuter benefits, and professional development.
