Human Centered Design Consultant
Technical Assent is a company passionate about designing exceptional service experiences and engineering robust solutions for government, business, and not-for-profit clients. They are looking for a Human Centered Design Consultant to work on government programs that have strategic importance, delivering real capability and business outcomes.
Skills
- Human centered design and/or design thinking
- Employee experience and customer experience
- Service design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute customer research/stakeholder interviews
- Market research and data analysis
- HCD workshopping and co-creation workshop facilitation
- Create client-ready deliverables
- Coordinate with project leadership
- Be a strong critical thinker and self-starter
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
