DescriptionThe Digital Experience Lead will be instrumental in reimagining our Living Health digital experience. This role involves leading strategic initiatives to transform the post-password digital experience for individuals seeking medical and behavioral care. The incumbent will oversee the entire process of conceptualizing and designing user interactions with virtual and physical care, collaborating closely with our Experience, Strategy, Research, and Design teams to create highly usable and engaging digital solutions.You will work with the Design Systems Team and Digital Product teams to understand critical moments in customer journeys and resolve fragmented access points.
