Technical Document Review Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform technical review of calibration certificates
• Assist in internal & external audits
• Perform physical inspections on outgoing test equipment
• Conduct assessments of calibration procedures and techniques
• Assist on conducting assessment of technician training
• Review technical documents to ensure conformance to industry and company standards.
• Ensure that document formatting and structure align with company guidelines.
• Provide support to internal teams for document creation.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical document review.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
