HackerOne is looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to join our team and help some of our largest customers run their hacker-powered vulnerability assessment and penetration testing programs! This is a perfect role for someone who deeply understands the penetration testing process, has knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, and enjoys working with customers to improve their security posture while engaging daily with our global community of hackers. As a Technical Engagement Manager, you own the technical delivery and implementation of all penetration testing and vulnerability assessment products. You will work closely with customers large and small to scope, plan, schedule, and report on penetration testing projects.
This is a technical delivery role inside the Customer Success department and reports directly into the Head of Security Assessments. The job can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
