Our client is currently seeking a Technical Executive Support / White Glove Tech Support to join their team onsite in Parsippany, NJ. This role will be during the hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility when the client resource is on PTO.
Job Overview:
Provide support of cellular phones and PDA devices
- Candidate screening expectations
Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system
Experience with Lenovo ThinkPad Laptops and Lenovo Yoga's
Must be highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have professional work ethic and appearance
Must be motivated, energetic and have a positive attitude
Must have strong attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize issues as necessary
$41.50 - $45.00 per hour
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
