Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven experienced professional to contribute in Application Development who will be the Technical lead for planning, designing, and implementing applications. The ideal candidate should be a strong technologist with solid technical skills as s/he will be leading technical team.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development and object-oriented analysis and design
• Experience with development of Java 1.8, Restful web services, spring boot, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, Hibernate, GIT
• Must have UI proficiency with Angular and HTML.
• Solid debugging skills to troubleshoot functional and performance issues in the Java code.
• Hands on experience in using Build & release management, code versioning system.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interface between development and testing team and ensure quick turnaround time for defect life cycle.
• Provide quick and robust solution for production issues.
• Adhere to all standards and procedures defined of life cycle of the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/B.E. or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in leading technical team in Java and deliver the projects on-time.
• Design, develop and deploy highly complex software solutions using Java.
• Expert understanding of software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent oral, written, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening skills.
• Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter.
• Experience in collaborating technical teams with .Net, Dynamic CRM, PHP skill set is a plus.
