Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects while also analyzing and documenting business requirements. This role will require strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in both technical project management and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Passionate about automating manual processes
• Persistent personality; Someone who doesn’t give up until they get their questions answered
• Relentless ability to remove requirement gaps for the software development teams
• Competent in PI planning and roadmapping
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Capable of understanding how APIs work and how to write requirements for the creation or utilization of them
• Talented at creating wire-frame designs when needed
• Possesses general software development concepts
• Ability to create process flow charts and/or diagrams
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• General understanding of data structures and databases (relational and non-relational)
• Knowledgeable about Agile best practices
• Comfortable doing demonstrations and presentations to C-Suite leaders
• Skilled at determining the ROI for automation efforts
