Shift time: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate

Notice Period: 15 Days/Immediate

Job Description:

• Must have US IT recruitment experience of 3-5 years & in-depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
• Strong experience in hirings & holders.
• Apt in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.
• Understands differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
• Basic understanding on immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
• Good to have: Experience in working with direct clients (high tech companies) without any layers.
