What you'll do

Our Technical Support Analyst is an entry level role support role, with expectations of basic computer skills, helpdesk or technical support experience, within any payment industry (would be considered an asset). Your responsibilities includes;

  • Providing client support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and/or remotely connecting to the system.
  • Create new cases and document customer's technical issues using approved corporate tools, update cases with progress of achieving the resolution.
  • Practice good follow-through techniques to ensure proper resolution of issues.
  • Providing update to stakeholders with progress, reports and escalating as required.
  • Create detailed documentation on steps taken to identify and remediate issues.

What qualifications will you need to be successful?

  • Minimum of 2 years Technical degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a related role is preferred.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with close attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changes in product requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems timely; gathers and analyzes information effectively; develops alternative solutions where possible.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment with other engineers.
  • Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision, work on independently, as well as function as part of our team.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, ad hoc requests and regular deliverable simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and overall troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands in a proactive manner.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and communicate across teams and functions to deliver solutions.
