A highly organized self-starter, located in the Midwest/West Coast, who is looking for a challenge and ready to join a company in a rapid period of growth. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive impactful B2B post-sale technical support case triage activities and work closely with other global support team members to convert customers into brand advocates.
What You'll Do:

Handling first-level technical support inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and forums. You will gather information about the issue, replicate it, and provide appropriate solutions.

Evaluating and addressing security threats, scan detections, and system events.

Providing support to primarily English-speaking end-users.

Designing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining corporate and home networks.

Engaging with the community on the Malwarebytes forums and helpdesk, addressing technical issues posted by users and customers as assigned.
Skills You'll Need to Have:

Experience working with remote and distributed teams.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical instructions in a clear and professional manner.

Recent customer-facing experience, including experience with phone, chat, and email support.

Strong skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and debugging hardware, drivers, and software issues.

Proficiency in Windows operating systems and all existing Windows Server versions. Familiarity with Mac and Linux is a plus.

Familiarity with Windows command lines, scripting structure and syntax, Windows domain and workgroup network infrastructures.

Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL server or similar databases.

Prior experience working with malware removal tools, firewalls, anti-virus and security software, supporting corporate and enterprise customers to positive outcomes.

Experience in setting up and testing in an emulated/virtual environment, such as VMWare, Virtual Box, Virtual PC.
